EC - Qualities of great leader

A good leader can make a good nation. Commonly, a leader should be qualified in many ways. One of qualifies is generosity; a leader should be generous to anyone. So that everyone can respect and admire a leader. Second qualifies is credibility, it is very important to have a credit. No one would want to have a business with someone like swindler. Also workers would want to work under whom is more credible and dependable. Third qualification is one’s intelligence, who would want to have a business with someone like have no knowledge at all. Furthermore a leader should have a venture and charisma. A good leader should have a charisma to precede a project or its business. Another important qualifies is sacrifice, a leader should know how to sacrifice himself for others. Leader should not runaway from any situation. Leader always should be the one standing in the front. Also, leader should have responsibility. So, he would make a right decision in any situation and responsible for it. We all of these qualifies gathers together then it called a good leader. For example, at ancient time there were kings and queen, who ruled the entire nation. Leader always have plan to achieve their goal. King would have plan such as lengthening the land. And President in now would plan increasing economic. So basically I am trying to say there is always plan to achieve something. But without plan and good leader it cannot become real.

When I was in soccer team, I was a leader of my team. By practicing together I realized that teamwork is most important thing in soccer play. It works for anything; leader should control its team in order to make a good teamwork by directing team. Not only soccer there is much stuff that requires teamwork or leader.
